Aach!!! I am still so swamped with end-of-school-year and end-of-homeschool-career and I'm-pulling-together-my-mil's-estate-sale-and-getting-her-house-ready-to-go-on-the-market and...well, the list is long and convoluted, and I'm out of time already as I have to get Nathan to the college for his LAST CLASS at this particular place (next week is finals week) , we leave in two minutes, and then I race home to pack up the dog to take her to the kennel for the weekend as we are leaving this evening for University of Illinois for the competitive math team State Championship Competition which is this weekend on Saturday (our little homeschool team is the defending State Champion for about 5 years running...PRAYING that all the kids will do well this year!)...and then...and then...and then...
Are you tired? Lord have mercy, I am. All that to say, my sweet friend Christine is giving me a raised garden bed in her backyard again this summer for growing veggies, and I haven't had time to even think about what to put in there. Oh my...what a bad farmgirl!
However, I did manage to make something, though it was last week, but I'll tell about it here...where my mil now lives (assisted living), they have each resident do a shadow box that tells the story of them somehow. So I did hers using old photos I found...it turned out really nice! But I don't even have a photo of it :-( I'll try to get a shot and add it here later.
OK, that's it for me...I'm off and running! Let me hear from you! Join your post with the Mister LInky below!
Leave a note...I love to hear from you!

Yep, you're busy!!! Hope things slow down sooner than later. (((hugs)))
Lori, Linking to my latest garden journal -- thanks for hosting! You sound really busy; how did the competition go? You'll have to share what you decide to grow in that raised bed; have you ever tried square foot gardening? You can get quite a bit out of one raised bed!
Blessings!
